I may have started as a buyer’s agent, but over the last few years the majority of my sales have been listings. I have extensive experience in selling single family homes, new construction, maintenance-provided homes and villas, townhomes, former rentals and investment properties, condos, and more.

I have helped investors sell properties, and am familiar with all the necessary steps to take prior to listing an investment property to ensure a smooth closing. I have helped families sell homes that have been inherited or are in a trust, and I am able to coordinate remote closings if necessary, as well as being mindful of the mental and emotional toll that selling a home of a loved one can take.

I am also well versed in selling homes due to divorce or parting ways. While it certainly is not a fun process to undergo, I strive to make the process as simple as possible. I always treat all parties with dignity, respect, and discretion.
