If you are interested in buying property, you have come to the right place. I started my career as a buyer’s agent on two different teams- one that specialized in REOs and Foreclosures (think short sales, bank-owned preoperties, and distressed properties.) I then moved to a team that was more focused on Residential Resale. After a few months, I realized that all of the sales I had closed were as a result of my own network, so I decided to go solo.

I bought my first home in 2017, and with it I learned so much that shaped how I help homebuyers. I know what to look for in terms of red flags, green flags, and things to be mindful of. I made it my mission to learn everything I could about the neighborhoods I worked in, from construction styles and builders to local amenities.

In 2022, I was fortunate enough to have my own New Homes community. I worked with Lambie Custom Homes and Griffith Built, and I learned all the ins and outs of new construction, and what it takes to build a new home from start to finish. I learned about allowances, upgrades, standard features, timeline, and more. I worked Parade of Homes, Wednesday through Sunday from 10am- 6pm for about 6 months, and whenever someone would call and schedule an appointment after hours. I did this in addition to my regular workload as a Realtor, and I finally decided that I needed to focus on one or the other. I am forever grateful to the team at Weichert for everything I learned during my time as the Community Manager, and I have been able to translate that intimate knowledge of new construction into helping buyers build their own custom homes, whether in a new homes community or a tear down of an existing home.

I have sold everything from vacant lots to a Midcentury Modern masterpieces. I have sold gorgeous Waldo and Brookside Tudors to cozy bungalows to three-story Turn of the Century marvels with original built-ins and woodwork. I have sold investment properties, and I have sold “forever homes”. I have sold properties on several acres, and I have also sold condos and townhomes. I have sold many many homes in the heart of the city, and I have sold just as many in the suburbs and rural areas. I have sold fixer upper homes and turnkey homes. I always sit down with my buyers before we do anything and figure out how we can make a home work for you. What do you do for fun? What would you like to be close to? What are your needs, wants, likes, and dislikes? This helps ensure that we are finding you something that you will be truly happy with.
